Master Photographer Susan Marsidi attended college in Belgium and has lived in Washington since 1980. She is one of only two women Master Photographers in Washington.

It is her great pleasure to create images to cherish. A measure of her creativity is that she is often called to travel internationally for weddings and family portraits.

An award-winning portrait artist, she is widely known for her lifestyle portraiture of children, families and her story-telling approach to wedding photography.

Her recent awards include Professional Photographers of Washington Best of Show, People’s Choice Award, four Kodak Gallery Awards, two Fuji Masterpiece Awards, Best Commercial Print, Honor Court, Best Portrait of a Pet, Best Wedding Group. Four of her images have been selected by Professional Photographers of America for inclusion in their International Loan Collection of the best examples of photographic excellence worldwide. These images are published by the organization's annual Loan Collection volumes.
